The Role

This is a field-based role visiting residential properties to produce professional photography and accurate floor plan sketches for estate agency marketing.

You'll also receive training in creating short-form video, social media reels and drone photography

All equipment is provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Visit residential properties across the South East Capture high-quality property and drone photography (where applicable) Produce accurate floor plan sketches on site Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants and agents Follow internal quality-control processes Meet daily targets for quality and productivity Attend training sessions and embrace new skills and processes Represent GD Impact professionally at all times

What We're Looking ForEssential

Excellent organisational and time-management skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Confident using technology and mobile applications Strong customer service and communication skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Diligent, trustworthy and respectful in clients' homes Full UK driving licence Own vehicle Appropriate business-use insurance

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience within the property industry (e.g. estate agency) Experience in property photography Drone experience and/or CAA qualification Apple / Mac experience iPhone user Confident face-to-face client interaction Qualified Energy Assessor (EPC)
