Property Refurbishment & Maintenance Operative - BTL Projects

Pay:

30,000.00-35,000.00 per year (or 130-150 per day self-employed)

We are seeking an experienced Property Refurbishment & Maintenance Operative to work on our Buy-To-Let refurbishment projects. This role involves transforming investment properties from acquisition through to rental readiness, ensuring high-quality finishes and efficient turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

Carry out full or partial property refurbishments including kitchens, bathrooms, and general fit-outs Undertake plastering, decorating, joinery, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks Work closely with project managers to meet timelines and quality standards Conduct property condition assessments and report required works Coordinate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors when needed Maintain safe working practices on-site and comply with all regulations Provide occasional maintenance support post-refurbishment if required

Requirements:

Solid experience in property refurbishments or building maintenance (5 years preferred) Broad skill set across trades - ability to handle most works independently Eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship Strong communication and teamwork skills Full UK driving licence (required) Knowledge of current building standards and compliance

Additional Information:

Wage:

130-150/day self-employed

Overtime:

After 5:00pm and weekends paid extra
