As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the team to support our Remortgage Team. We're looking for a driven and detail-focused

Remortgage Conveyancer

who is confident managing high volumes while maintaining the quality and client care that underpins everything we do.

The Role

You'll work within our busy Real Estate team, managing your own caseload of

remortgage transactions

from instruction to completion. The role is supported by our case management systems and online tools, and you'll have full access to our experienced team, including commercial property lawyers and wider support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a high-volume caseload of remortgage transactions Reviewing titles, carrying out searches, and identifying and resolving any title issues Liaising with lenders, clients, and third parties professionally and proactively Ensuring files are managed efficiently using digital tools and case management software Maintaining compliance with lender requirements, SRA rules, and firm policies Keeping clients and introducers regularly updated throughout the transaction Supporting the wider Real Estate team where necessary on related matters

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in remortgage conveyancing is essential Knowledge of freehold and leasehold titles, CML/LMS/UK Finance lender requirements Comfortable with volume work and managing multiple matters at pace Tech-savvy and confident using digital case management systems Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail Proactive communicator with a calm, professional approach Able to work independently but also keen to be part of a collaborative team
