Location: Oldham, with travel across the North West)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: From 28, 500 per year

Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Property Resource and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to the Operations Director, ensuring efficient operations of our company.

Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car.

Duties:



- Property inspections, risk assessments and reports

- Travelling to and from our buildings in Greater Manchester and various other national locations

- Working outside of regular 9am-5pm hours where required

- Supporting with removing possessions from previously occupied buildings

- Order building supplies ensuring best value for money and research new suppliers

- Knowledge of building repairs and requirements to ensure health and safety

- Organise and schedule property appointments and meetings with external companies and contractors.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficiency of the Operations Director

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

- Handle operational queries and resolve any problems if they arise.

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Liaise with councils with regards to LHA rates and building requirements.

- Assist with the on-boarding of new buildings, organising energy suppliers and broadband.

- Support with the creation of FRA documents and highlight any remedial actions.

Requirements:



- Full UK driving license and access to a car.

- Proven experience as an assistant at management level or relevant role- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
