We're now on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive
Sales Administrator
to join our team and play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is a varied, office-based role where attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork are key. As a Sales Administrator, you'll provide crucial support to both the sales progression and front-of-house teams, ensuring that compliance is met and the customer journey is seamless.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out AML (Anti-Money Laundering) administration once a sale has been agreed, including verifying ID, proof of funds, and source of funds
Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks such as answering the phone, arranging viewings, and providing feedback to sellers when required
Liaising with buyers and sellers to ensure all relevant documentation is collected and recorded accurately
Maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory procedures
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous estate agency experience, but we are looking for someone who is:
Extremely organised, with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating over the phone and in person
Comfortable working with computers and following set processes
Proactive and supportive, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
Full training will be provided to help you get up to speed, but experience in admin or customer service would be beneficial.

Location & Hours
This is a full-time role and is based at our
Littleover branch on Blagreaves Lane
, which benefits from
free on-site parking
and a convenient
parade of local shops - perfect for lunch breaks
.
Weekdays:
8:45am - 5:30pm
Saturdays:
9:00am - 4:00pm (ideally every other Saturday)
