We're also proud to be at the forefront of change. We're on a journey of transformation, finding new ways to support our customers - and our people.

If you're looking for a career where you can learn new skills, try new things and shape your future, there's a place for you at Accent.

About the role

Step into a high-impact role as a Property Sales Consultant, where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference. You'll be at the forefront of securing sales for both new-build and resale homes, guiding customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. From the first enquiry to handing over the keys, you'll deliver outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.

You'll actively generate leads, work closely with our marketing team to drive interest, and ensure every transaction is smooth, efficient, and well-communicated. This role offers the best of both worlds - you'll work independently to manage your own pipeline and meet targets, while also being part of a supportive, collaborative team that shares your drive for success.

With regular travel to developments across the country, you'll stay close to the action - meeting customer needs, hitting sales targets, and experiencing the excitement of turning plans into homes.

What's in it for you?

Meaningful Work:

Be part of something impactful - this year alone, we've helped over 200 people move into their new homes. In this role, you'll play a key part in that journey, from the initial plans on paper to the moment you hand over the keys. It's a dynamic, varied role where no two days are the same.

Clear Goals & Tangible Rewards:

As the face of Accent, you'll work towards clear weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the sale of around 200 new homes annually, plus resales. You'll gain broad exposure across housing development, homeownership, and stakeholder engagement - working with surveyors, conveyancers, and mortgage advisors. It's a rewarding role, especially when you see the joy on customers' faces as they move into their new homes - all while supporting our social purpose.

Strong Customer Connections:

You'll build genuine relationships with your customers, guiding them through every step of the homebuying process. Your support will ensure a smooth, personal, and positive experience from start to finish.

A Great Career Move:

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in property sales with an organisation that values your contribution and offers real potential for development.
