Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm on a rota basis

Salary

: Competitive Salary Depending on experience, to include sales targets and commission and branded company car.

Main Purpose of Job



You will Lead, Manage and Grow our successful Sales & Lettings Business with a professional and hands on approach.

Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service to all clients existing and new in representing our company.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities.



Management of the company's sales & lettings function and its personnel. Conduct Property Appraisals & Valuations to achieve new listings. Business development activities through engagement with existing clients and securing new client business. You will be Liaising with vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants & contractors, ensuring provision of the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Oversee the day to day processes of the team including sales negotiations, tenant applications & contractor repairs. Oversee & manage the teams development of the company' social media channels and outbound marketing activities. Manage and update computerised property sales & lettings systems. Liaise directly with clients in person, telephone and email ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Ensure all legal obligations and company standards are consistently met in representing vendors and landlords. Reporting to the managing Partner on a weekly basis Adherence and compliance with the Estate Agents Act and other relevant legislation including CPR & BPR Any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by your employer. Person Specification:



We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self -motivated, reliable and sales focused property professional ready to undertake a managerial position in our team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced property professional with a proven track record and should meet the following requirements

Essential Criteria:



Minimum of 5 years experience in the Property Sector Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team and deliver on targets. Proven track record in achieving sales & growth targets Experience in property appraisals Proven experience in Business development including managing market activities including social media platforms. Evidence of excellence in communication and negotiation skills through direct client contact. Ability to communicate in a personable and professional manner with clients by phone, email and in person. Strong IT experience including MS Office applications, Email, MS Word, Excel etc

As this role involves both office based and & outside office activities. A full clean driving license is required.



Desirable Criteria:



Working Knowledge of Property Sector software Experience in Commercial Property Sector
