Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Property Sales Management



Assist in converting valuation leads into instructions. Oversee the sales process from instruction to offer acceptance. Handling enquiries, viewings (follow ups, unconfirmed), and negotiations. Maintain high levels of client communication and satisfaction. Vendor Contact

2. Client Relationship Management



Act as a key point of contact for vendors and buyers. Ensure professional, timely, and transparent communications throughout the sales process. Resolve issues or complaints where escalated.

3. Compliance & Best Practice



Ensure compliance with AML regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate property records and client documentation. Work closely with the Branch Manager on updates.

4. Sales Performance Reporting



Provide weekly sales pipeline updates to the Directors. Monitor and report on conversion rates, offers agreed, and new instructions. Support the Directors in identifying performance trends and areas for improvement.

Education & Experience



Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate agency or residential property sales. Experience in managing or mentoring a small team is preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills



Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Street). Familiar with major property portals (e.g. Rightmove, On the Market). Good understanding of sales compliance and property transaction processes.

Residential sales process and market dynamics. Industry compliance (e.g. AML, GDPR, CPR). Local property trends and competitor activity.

Number of new sales listings secured. Offer-to-instruction conversion rate. Monthly sales agreed and completed. Customer satisfaction and reviews.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
