Responsibilities
Engage with prospective buyers and clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored property options.
Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits to generate interest and facilitate negotiations.
Lead negotiations on price, terms, and conditions to secure successful sales agreements that satisfy both clients and company objectives.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote properties across various channels, increasing visibility and attracting potential buyers.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, property listings, offers, and sales transactions in accordance with real estate laws and fair housing regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, professionally, and transparently throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of appointments, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Assist in organizing open houses and promotional events to showcase properties effectively on social media and portals etc.
Uphold ethical standards by adhering to fair housing laws and maintaining integrity in all dealings.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Proven experience in marketing properties through digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional approach.
Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--to articulate property features clearly and negotiate effectively.
Solid organizational skills for managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
Prior estate agency administrative experience is highly desirable for maintaining accurate records and supporting sales activities.
Familiarity with property management systems and real estate software tools is advantageous but not essential.
