Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable part time flexible Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic property team. This role involves the flexibility of working part time and to cover 18 weeks full time holiday leave. Engaging with clients to facilitate property sales and viewings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building relationships with clients and supporting the growth of our property portfolio. Previous property experience and excellent communication skills are highly desirable for this position. Sales commission and travel allowance is paid in addition to the hourly rate.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling properties by providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process Conduct property viewings and respond promptly to enquiries from prospective buyers . Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using organisational tools .

Skills

Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client files efficiently Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse client base Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Organised approach to work with attention to detail in preparing documentation and managing schedules Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of local property markets and relevant legislation is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided
