Role Details:

This full-time position will have you working primarily from our Bardowie office, near Milngavie. Your hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday for holiday cover. You will need to have access to a vehicle for this role.

Responsibilities:

Be pro-active with client engagement, keep clients informed at all stages in the selling process. Ensure compliance with statutory legislation.

Maintain communication with our buyer database, property matching buyers to our clients' homes.

Optimise engagement and conversion from walk in visits/social media interactions, telephone and email enquiries.

On-boarding clients and creating high quality property sales descriptions and online brochures

Arrange and attend property viewings. Answering incoming calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries.

Help maintain organised and efficient office operations, including the organising of external diaries including photographer, videographer, viewings specialists etc.

Liaise and build positive relationships with external parties such as Solicitors, and Surveyors.

Digital Proficiency


Full training provided for our CRM and other systems. Utilise digital tools and software to manage emails, documents, and communications effectively. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Participate in special projects, events, and marketing initiatives as needed. Play a crucial role in making clients feel valued and special by delivering exceptional customer service. Embrace the occasional Saturday working.
