Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair outcome for all parties.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing client databases.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall performance.
Skills
Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
