Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a further Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team. We are an award winning, family run independent estate agent, with offices in Ipswich and Kesgrave. We pride ourselves in spending time with our buyers and sellers, establishing their needs and helping them achieve their goals.
Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients.
Skills & Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of two years Estate Agency experience to apply for this role. You will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful agreements
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations within the office
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients
Assist with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management
Skills
Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines

This is a full time role and will require Saturday working every other weekend. Commission pay applies. You will be required to work in both our Ipswich and Kesgrave offices.
