Full-time | Stamford | Shape the buyer and seller experience with us
We're looking for a confident, people-loving Residential Sales Negotiator to join our growing sales department. This is a lively, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of the action talking to buyers, supporting sellers, running viewings, and helping us deliver the kind of service we're known for.
If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love helping people move home, you'll feel right at home here.
We also have dogs in the office, so you'll need to be comfortable working around them.
About the role
This isn't a narrow sales role. You'll be involved across the full customer journey from first enquiry, to arranging and hosting viewings, to negotiating offers, to working closely with our sales progressor to help each transaction move through to completion.
You'll run plenty of viewings yourself and you'll also coordinate viewing schedules for our viewing agents to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll also support our team with social media content, preparing listings, and keeping clients updated and reassured throughout their sale or purchase. It's a role full of variety, responsibility, and opportunities to learn.
