We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales progressor to join our team. The sales progressor enters the scene once an offer is accepted on a property. It is their job to help make the sale happen by liaising with the buyer and seller's solicitor as well as estate agents up and down the chain. For a buyer, they will be the main point of contact until exchange and completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role is essential in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communicate with buyers, sellers , solicitors and mortage lenders to ensure the smooth running of the sale process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Experience
Proven estate agency experience in a sales role is essential, but would also look at someone with conveyancing experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this position.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service is essential.
