We're looking for a friendly, organised, detail focused Sales Progressor to join our team and play a vital role in helping our clients move confidently from offer to completion.
If you love structure, communication, problem solving, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
We also have dogs in the office, so you'll need to be comfortable working around them.
About the role
Sales progression is the core focus of this position. You'll be responsible for guiding property sales from offer through to completion, supporting clients every step of the way, coordinating with solicitors and other professionals, and spotting and resolving issues early.
During quieter periods you'll support the business with general admin tasks, compliance checks, digital organisation and keeping our systems tidy and up to date. When sales progression is busy your focus will be solely on managing your pipeline and looking after clients.
As the company grows this role will naturally evolve into a fully dedicated sales progression position with less admin and even more responsibility for managing transactions end to end.
Sales progression responsibilities
Managing a manageable pipeline of property sales
Carrying out through AML checks in line with the latest legislation
Updating clients regularly with clear, confident communication
Preparing Memorandums of Sale
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, brokers and other stakeholders
Monitoring progress through surveys, searches, enquiries and mortgage stages
Spotting potential issues early and helping resolve them quickly and calmly
Keeping CRM notes accurate, detailed and fully up to date
Delivering warm, consistent client care throughout the entire sales progression journey
Admin support during quieter periods
Organising digital files and keeping document storage tidy
Compliance and document checks for AML
Keeping CRM records clean and accurate
Helping with inbox management
Supporting the team with general admin tasks whenever needed
Being a reliable part of a small team where everyone contributes
Helping wherever the business needs you
Supporting the wider team during busy periods
About you
At least two years' experience in estate agency sales progression
Conveyancing experience is a bonus
A genuine passion for property and client care
Exceptional attention to detail
Friendly and clear communicator who builds trust easily
Positive, solutions focused and calm under pressure
Proactive self starter who uses initiative
Motivated, organised and comfortable in a busy, varied role
Happy working in a dog friendly office
