Client Service Executive - After Sales (Property)

Leeds City Centre (Hybrid after probation)
Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm
2 days WFH per week after probation

The Role

As a

Client Service Executive

in our After Sales team, you'll be the go-to person for clients once they've exchanged contracts, guiding them through every step right up to completion.

Think of yourself as the "project manager" for their investment journey -- making sure everything runs smoothly, problems are solved quickly, and clients feel supported from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the main point of contact for clients after exchange Liaise with mortgage brokers, developers, surveyors, agents, and suppliers Book and coordinate mortgage valuations, snagging reports, and furniture installations Process invoices and purchase orders for snagging works and furniture orders Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism and care Support the After Sales Manager with exchange-related admin when needed

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Super organised with great attention to detail Confident with basic financial admin (invoices, purchase orders etc.) Proactive, motivated, and a real team player
Experience in

customer service

is essential
Experience in a

property-related role

is a bonus
