Property Search Consultant

to join our growing team. We are looking for a knowledgeable and well-connected Property Search Consultant to support our early-stage project pipeline. This is a key role that involves identifying and evaluating potential sites and properties that meet client or internal project criteria. You will be working closely with our design team and external stakeholders to assess feasibility and ensure alignment with planning and client considerations.

Responsibilities



Conduct research and site sourcing for rental and purchase opportunities for our clients' very specific needs Liaise with agents, landowners, and local authorities Evaluate site potential through planning, legal, and logistical lenses Present findings with clear documentation, reports, and analysis Collaborate with architects and planners to assess feasibility Stay informed about market trends, land values, and emerging areas Meeting with clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and budgets. Regular site visits to ensure projects are running to schedule and on budget. Working on residential projects, with a particular focus on disabled adaptations, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and regulations. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Requirements



Experience in property sourcing, land acquisition, or a similar role (estate agency, development, planning, or architecture background preferred) Strong understanding of planning policy, local development frameworks, and land use strategy Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team Analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving A network of industry contacts is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
