The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee the smooth progression of property transactions from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, varied role where adaptability and excellent communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and stakeholders Arrange valuations, viewings, and market appraisals Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients Manage the full sales progression process through to completion Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to exceed client expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 3 years' estate agency sales experience (Senior Negotiator level ideal) Proven track record in property sales, valuations, and progression Excellent negotiation and closing skills Highly organised with great attention to details Adaptability to the fast-moving pace of the business Professional, reliable, and client-focused Keen to take on diverse tasks when needed Full UK driving licence

Location & Hours:

Based in Waterloo/Crosby area with a requirement to work at other locations in Merseyside when requested. Monday-Friday, 9-5pm 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a lieu day off in the following week) Flexibility required outside standard hours
