Role: Property Solicitor
Location: Cheshire or North Wales
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa360,000My client is an experienced, high street firm and due to continued growth are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their welcoming and proficient property team.The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sales, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and commercial lease preparation and negotiation.It is beneficial if the candidate has residential property experience alongside commercial property although not essential.Responsibilities:
- Handle all facets of commercial conveyancing cases, from initiation to conclusion.
- Draft and negotiate contracts as required.
- Be able to utilise Hoowla, case management system effectively.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- Bonus scheme.
- Up to 6 weeks of holiday entitlement.
