hybrid role

You'll manage a varied caseload of transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, advising a broad client base that spans regional developers, landowners, high-net-worth individuals, and London-based businesses.
Working alongside a collaborative team of City-trained and locally rooted lawyers, you'll play an active role in client relationships and team growth. With a clear path to progression, strong mentoring, and a culture that values flexibility over face-time, this is a role that can stretch and support you in equal measure.
Key Requirements:
You should be an ambitious, driven and motivated Solicitor, Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Solicitor or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in commercial property
Confident running transactions with minimal supervision
A client-focused mindset with clear, pragmatic communication
Team player who's keen to contribute and grow within a respected firm
In return expect a competitive salary (47,000 to 60,000 salary depending on PQE), 5% pension (1-3 years PQE) or 8% pension (4+ years PQE), 1,000 annual healthcare contribution at Associate level, Discretionary bonus scheme, Hybrid working + flexible approach, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
