We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven
Property Sourcer
to identify, assess, and secure profitable property opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing residential and/or commercial properties that meet specific investment criteria, building strong relationships with agents and vendors, and supporting deals through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong property market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a results-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Source on- and off-market property opportunities that meet defined investment criteria
Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, developers, landlords, and vendors
Conduct property and market research, including comparable analysis and yield calculations
Analyse deals including purchase price, refurb costs, GDV, ROI, cash flow, and exit strategies
Arrange and attend property viewings
Negotiate purchase prices and terms to secure the best possible deals
Present deals clearly and professionally to decision-makers or investors
Maintain an accurate sourcing pipeline and CRM records
Stay up to date with market trends, local area performance, and legislation
Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to progress deals
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in property sourcing, estate agency, or property investment (preferred)
Strong understanding of property investment strategies (e.g. BTL, BRR, flips, R2R, etc.)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Commercially minded with strong financial analysis ability
Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously
Confident using property portals, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
Full UK driving licence (required)
Desirable
Existing network of agents or off-market contacts
Experience sourcing for investors or property companies
Knowledge of local planning and compliance requirements
Property-related qualifications (not essential)
