Pay:

25,000 plus commissions

About you:



We're looking for a driven and customer-focused property professional to join our team as a Property Specialist. You'll bring confidence, great communication skills, and a real passion for delivering exceptional service from first viewing to completion.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:



Previous estate agency experience (desirable) Strong negotiation and communication skills A proactive, target-driven approach with a focus on achieving results A commitment to outstanding customer service A positive, self-motivated approach to your work Knowledge of the local area (desirable) A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

What your day-to-day will look like:



As a Property Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting viewings and building long-lasting relationships with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders. You'll work closely with your team to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure every step of the process is handled with professionalism and care.

Main responsibilities:



Promote, negotiate and secure property sales, ensuring the best outcomes for customers Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process Follow up on viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors Book and follow up on valuation appointments Proactively seek new business opportunities Carry out regular vendor updates in line with agreed timescales Maintain excellent communication with staff, customers and other departments Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
