This role plays a key part in supporting our property department, ensuring the smooth running of maintenance, compliance, and property administration across our diverse pub portfolio.

Responsibilities
Pro-active management of all administrative requirements of the Property Team
Understanding needs and anticipating outcomes.
Problem solving and addressing issues.
Handling and resolving, external and internal enquiries via a Helpdesk function.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Production of briefing documents, reports and presentations
Assisting the Property Team with logging repairs & maintenance, investment projects and compliance, by use of our CAFM system Ostara.
Communication to supplier/contractors on delivery of service
Help develop systems and processes in line with industry standards.
Investigating escalated pub specific issues providing supporting data, suggested solutions and where appropriate drafting proposed responses.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all property related issues are dealt with in a timely manner and escalated as appropriate.
Adhoc management of contractor performance.
Production of weekly and monthly reports for line manager and wider Operations teams.
Onboarding of new contractors to the business.
Assist your line manager in any other projects as directed.
Key Skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload.
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Ability to use IT systems and knowledge of CAFM systems (Desirable)
Well established customer service skills and experience
Ability to manage demanding internal and external customers.
Clear verbal communication skills in a professional and engaging manner
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to develop strong relationships.
