Job Description
Role Overview
The surveyor will be responsible for visiting scheduled properties, carrying out detailed surveys, and providing essential information to customers. The role requires a mix of technical skills and excellent communication, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property surveys as per assigned schedules. Take clear and accurate
photos, videos, and measurements
. Createfloorplans
for each property. Identify and record anyissues or obstacles
that may prevent or impact planned work. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the process and answering questions. Produce accurate reports for the installation team.Requirements
Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Confident and friendly communication with customers. Ability to use mobile apps or software for floorplans and photo/video capture. Basic understanding of property layouts and building structures (training can be provided). Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Full UK driving license (preferred, if travel is required).

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
