We are looking for a positive, energetic and innovative individual to oversee capital upgrade projects that will transform our Housing stock. The role shall include the contract administration of the disabled adaptations contract which will help enable our tents to live more independently in their homes.
You will lead and supervise projects to deliver improved facilities to maintain the decent homes standard within our properties through inspections of properties. As part of maintaining the decent homes standard, you will undertake property condition surveys and assessments and record them on internal software. You will work closely alongside the Quantity Surveyor and Projects Surveyor in order to deliver quality schemes within budget and on time working alongside Clients, tenants and contractors.
We are looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills, a track record of successful project delivery and the ability to work on their own initiative and to tight deadlines. If this sounds like you then please read on!
What we need from you:
Relevant experience within a surveying, property and construction related background
Trade background;
or
National Certificate in Construction or equivalent relevant qualification;
or
willingness to complete relevant formal training courses to attain qualifications relevant to the role
