We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Valuer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing property values accurately and efficiently, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to gather relevant data and assess condition. Analyse market trends, comparable properties, and other relevant information to determine accurate property valuations. Prepare detailed reports and valuation summaries using specialised IT tools and Microsoft Excel. Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Maintain organised records of property assessments, reports, and related documentation. Drive to various property locations as required, ensuring timely completion of valuations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and offering professional advice.

Skills

Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and report preparation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly. Organisational skills to manage multiple assessments efficiently within deadlines. Valid driving licence for travel between properties as needed. Customer service orientation with a professional approach when engaging with clients.
