Property Consultant/ Sales Negotiator
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent to join our award-winning, independent team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Carrying out accurate property valuations and providing professional advice to clients. Building strong relationships with homeowners and maintaining regular contact. Booking and accompanying viewings. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales. Representing the business with professionalism and integrity at all times.
About You
We are looking for someone who is approachable, professional, and committed to delivering the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will have:
At least two years' estate agency experience, ideally including property valuations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. A proactive, reliable, and motivated approach. A full UK driving licence and use of a car.
