Property Viewer - Estate & Letting Agent (Self-Employed)

, our Property Viewers are the welcoming face of our estate and letting agency. You'll be meeting prospective tenants and buyers, showing them around homes, and helping them decide if it's the right fit -- all while enjoying flexible hours and being part of a supportive, growing team.

What's on Offer:

Self-employed

role with regular appointments booked for you

Average earnings of 18/hour

, plus a

5 bonus

for each positive applicant survey (approx. 50% strike rate =

22/hour total

)

Part-time hours:

~28-35 hours/month (typically two shifts/week - one weekday evening & one Saturday)

Your Day-to-Day:

Greet and guide applicants around homes with professionalism and warmth Represent both sales and lettings properties Use our mobile app for routes, notes, and appointment info -- no admin hassle Share updates and feedback with the team after each shift Help applicants move forward smoothly (no hard selling involved)

We're Looking For:

Friendly, confident personality and strong communication skills Presentable appearance and reliable timekeeping Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet (full training provided) Full UK driving licence and access to a car Experience in property or customer-facing roles is great, but

not essential
