Role Overview

As a

Property Viewing Agent

, you'll conduct property viewings on behalf of Vista View and provide a first-class experience to prospective buyers and tenants. You'll guide clients safely around properties, highlight key features, answer basic questions, and uphold our professional standards at every appointment.

This is a

fully flexible

role -- agents receive real-time notifications through our app and can accept or decline bookings at their own convenience. Vista View operates 7 days a week between 9:00am and 8:00pm, giving you full control over your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Property Viewings:

Welcome prospective clients, lead them around properties, and highlight key selling or letting features tailored to their needs.

Health & Safety Checks:

Complete pre-viewing safety assessments, identify potential hazards, and report concerns promptly.

Safeguarding:

Remain vigilant to any safeguarding concerns and follow Vista View protocols when necessary.

Customer Experience:

Deliver a warm, professional, and informative viewing, answering basic questions about the property and surrounding area.

Professional Standards:

Arrive punctually, maintain a smart appearance, and represent Vista View with excellence at every appointment.

Reporting & Feedback:

Provide clear and timely feedback to our operations team regarding client reactions, property condition, and any issues observed.

Key Management:

Collect and return property keys securely from landlords, vendors, or branches as required.

Photography Support:

Assist with basic property photography to ensure high-quality marketing images when needed.

Flexibility:

Adapt to different property types, schedules, and client needs with a proactive and professional attitude.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, reliable, and punctual Confident working independently Strong attention to detail and observational skills Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, reporting, and lone-worker safety Knowledge of property, lettings, or sales (desirable but not essential) Good local area awareness and ability to highlight key amenities

Requirements

Must be over 18 with the legal right to work in the UK Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred) Smartphone with mobile data Willingness to complete Vista View Induction & Safety Training before starting Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Valid DBS check issued within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain one
