We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Viewing Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves showcasing properties to potential renters and tenants, providing essential information, and ensuring a positive viewing experience. As a key representative of our team, you will play a crucial role in building rapport with clients and maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet prospective tenants at properties for viewings across Liverpool. Provide comprehensive information about the properties and answer any questions from potential tenants. Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner. Conduct check-in and check-out reports for tenants. Perform midterm inspections and take detailed pictures of the properties. Stay informed about the property market and local market trends. Demonstrate fantastic business acumen with the ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry. Continually evaluate performance and adapt strategies accordingly. Maintain knowledge and experience of the North West property market. Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the property industry is preferred. Knowledge of the North West property market is essential. Ability to travel across Liverpool for property viewings. Must have their own car and a valid driving license.
