Proposals Executive (International)



Location: UK Flexible Location



Salary: 30,467 to 33,471 per annum (plus ILW if applicable)


Hours: 35 per week



Contract : Fixed Term Contract until the end of October 2026.



Could you lead on developing compelling high-value propositions and proposals submitted to key funders?


Could you be responsible for presenting impact reporting in a compelling way to feedback on progress and secure future investments?


Could you provide end-to-end support for Philanthropy and Partnerships colleagues and supports their efforts to significantly increase transformational funding that supports the organisation's strategy?


What will a Proposals Executive's job involve?


Produce high-quality, compelling donor-ready proposal and reports for fundraisers to use helping to communicate programme impact to a range of audiences. Work with fundraisers and operations colleagues to gather pertinent information for fundraising asks. Prioritise accuracy and check information included in proposals is comprehensive and up to date. Work with grant management colleagues to produce high-quality impact reports, flagging and addressing risk and changes to programme delivery. Work with colleagues from across the Movement to produce emergency appeal documents, updates and cost examples. Develop proposals and reports for pooled funding pots such as the Disaster Fund and key propositions.

What will a Proposals Executive need to be successful?


Knowledge of high-value fundraising, with specific understanding of institutions, corporates, trusts and foundations and/or major donors. Ability to translate technical programme information and complex programme budgets into compelling communications for different fundraising and donor audiences. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proven track record in producing high quality, winning fundraising materials for donor audiences, displaying a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven track record of developing and managing successful relationships with internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Managing a varied workload and prioritising concurrent projects effectively to meet agreed deadlines.
