As a Proposals Writer, you'll play a key role in helping us win new business by producing persuasive, well?crafted submissions that showcase our strengths, innovation and value.
What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities
In this varied and fast?paced role, you will:
Input into Pursuit Plans and support accountable owners.
Support account and opportunity relationship management and development.
Work closely with our work?winning and technical teams to gather, organise and present information for proposals.
Create clear, engaging and customer?focused responses aligned to client requirements.
Support the development of win themes, value propositions and bespoke content that strengthens our submissions.
Research and write supporting information to use in proposals including case studies, CVs, project best practice and innovations.
Work to a programme of deliverables to meet requirements.
Liaise with subject matter experts to produce accurate and compelling technical responses.
Maintain up?to?date knowledge of our projects, innovations and business strengths.
Analyse outcomes and feedback to determine lessons learned for future submissions.
Help promote consistent best practise across the proposals function.

What we're looking for
To thrive in this role, you should have the following.
Experience in a work winning/tendering environment and knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
An excellent standard of written English with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues across different disciplines.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity of the techniques and methods of proposal writing and the requirements for quality presentations and customer focused communications.
Knowledge of InDesign publishing software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own workload.
The resilience to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
Creativity, curiosity and a desire to deliver excellence.
