About the role



We're looking for a

Proposals Writer

who enjoys bringing ideas to life on the page and has a good eye for presentation and detail. You'll help us tell our story through clear, engaging, and well-designed proposal documents that showcase what we do best.



Working closely with our Bid Management and Pre-Construction teams in

Warrington

, you'll support the creation of bid submissions and marketing materials that stand out - both in content and design.

What you'll be doing



You'll be:


Writing and editing proposal content for PQQs, tenders, and client submissions. Turning technical information into clear , readable, and persuasive copy. Using Adobe InDesign to format and design professional, on-brand documents. Keeping our library of case studies, team CVs, and templates up to date. Co-ordinating input from different teams to meet deadlines smoothly. Helping to shape the overall tone and presentation of our submissions.


Who we're looking for



You will:


Have previous experience working as a

Proposals Writer

within the Construction or Engineering sectors Be confident using Adobe InDesign to create well presented, consistent documents. Enjoy writing - and have a knack for making technical information easy to understand Be organised, calm under pressure, and happy juggling several projects at once. Like collaborating with others and take pride in producing great work as part of a team. Have experience with bid portals or procurement processes Possess a relevant qualification or interest in bid writing, or communications.
