As a Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand and secure the insurance products that best meet their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyse client requirements, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the insurance sales process while ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices.
Duties
Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client experiences.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or insurance sales is preferred however non experienced will be considered.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
