NEWARK-ON-TRENT - Insurance Advisor (Polish Speaking + Office Based)



Starting salary:

27,000, rising to 34,000 by year two (subject to performance reviews)

Bonus potential:

Realistic earnings of 5,000-10,000 per year from self-generated sales

Profit share:

Annual company-wide bonus when targets are hit

Work-life balance:

4-day week (Monday-Thursday, 11am-9pm)

About the Role



This is a sales role, but not in the way most people think.

Yes, you'll be speaking to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending the right insurance to protect what matters most. But the real value comes after the sale, in how you follow up, support your clients, and build lasting relationships.

Most of your time will be spent holding appointments over the phone or video, speaking to people who've responded to our ads, or reaching out to people you already know. You'll be expected to manage your own diary, keep clear records and follow each case through from first conversation to policy completion and aftercare. We'll help you stay compliant, structured, and focused, but this is your desk, and your results.

You'll have structured training and warm leads to get you started. But if you're someone who can create momentum through conversations, ask for referrals confidently, and tap into your own network, you'll do very well here - and be rewarded for it.

Key Responsibilities



Call and qualify leads

: speak to people who've shown interest, book them in for a proper appointment, and take control of your diary

Hold focused telephone and video appointments

: ask the right questions, build urgency, and make clear, confident recommendations

Get referrals from every conversation

: this is where you earn your bonus, so you'll need to be bold, likeable, and direct

Tap into your own network

: reach out to people you already know, start conversations, and build your own pipeline

Follow up fast and close cases

: clients don't chase you, you chase them

Own every case:

from first contact to final policy, make sure it's done right

Stay compliant and professional

: great advice, every time

What We're Looking For



Essential



Strong communication and people skills

Confident explaining things simply, even when the topic is complex

A natural sales mindset: persuasive, resilient, and focused on results

Fluent in both English and Polish

You've got a decent-sized network -- not thousands of followers, just real people you can speak to, and the confidence to make it count

Desirable



Experience in sales, customer service, or any role where you've had to build rapport and influence decisions

Some knowledge of insurance or protection products is helpful, but not essential -- we'll teach you everything you need to know
