About the Role
This is a sales role, but not in the way most people think.
Yes, you'll be speaking to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending the right insurance to protect what matters most. But the real value comes after the sale, in how you follow up, support your clients, and build lasting relationships.
Most of your time will be spent holding appointments over the phone or video, speaking to people who've responded to our ads, or reaching out to people you already know. You'll be expected to manage your own diary, keep clear records and follow each case through from first conversation to policy completion and aftercare. We'll help you stay compliant, structured, and focused, but this is your desk, and your results.
You'll have structured training and warm leads to get you started. But if you're someone who can create momentum through conversations, ask for referrals confidently, and tap into your own network, you'll do very well here - and be rewarded for it.

What We're Looking For
Essential
Strong communication and people skills
Confident explaining things simply, even when the topic is complex
A natural sales mindset: persuasive, resilient, and focused on results
Fluent in both English and Polish
You've got a decent-sized network -- not thousands of followers, just real people you can speak to, and the confidence to make it count
Desirable
Experience in sales, customer service, or any role where you've had to build rapport and influence decisions
Some knowledge of insurance or protection products is helpful, but not essential -- we'll teach you everything you need to know
