Our team operates from our modern, three-storey office in Chorley, where we've created a supportive, high-performing, and collaborative environment.

We're now looking for Protection Specialists with at least one year of experience in life insurance sales to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle qualified leads generated by our sister company, iReview. Advise customers on life, critical illness, and income protection products tailored to their needs. Build strong relationships and guide customers through the full advised sales process. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance at every stage. Work towards achievable targets with the support of experienced leadership and peer mentoring. Contribute to a positive, professional, and motivated team culture.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year's experience in life insurance sales. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Confident communication skills and strong customer rapport-building. A motivated, resilient, and ambitious approach to work. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What You'll Get

30,000 - 50,000 base salary
