Our Protection Specialists play a vital role in helping clients secure their financial futures. You'll be advising individuals and families on tailored protection solutions - including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection - ensuring they have the right level of cover to protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with pre-qualified leads and existing clients to understand their needs. Advise customers on a full range of protection products, tailoring solutions to suit individual circumstances. Build long term client relationships based on trust, professionalism and expertise. Provide clear explanations of products, ensuring clients understand their options. Manage sensitive information such as medical disclosures in a professional, compliant manner. Stay up to date with protection product developments and FCA compliance standards. Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service. Work alongside and I collaboration with the mortgage team delivering good outcomes for clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

Protection Experience:

Background in life insurance, critical illness, income protection, or related advisory/sales role. (Advised or non-advised considered.)

Proven Sales Success:

Track record of exceeding targets in a fast paced, client focused environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of protection products, insurers and FCA compliance.

Communication Excellence

: Ability to simplify complex information and build rapport with clients quickly.

Pay: 54,000.00-60,000.00 per year
