Overall purpose of the job:

Coordinating and delivering multiple service delivery projects

Follow processes to ensure the smooth provisioning of Exponential-e products and services

Key responsibilities for this job:

  • Provisioning of sales orders through to handover to the technical team
  • Placing of sales orders with suppliers
  • Communicating precise and accurate information to customers regarding sales orders
  • Maintaining the relationship with customers and suppliers by communicating precise and accurate information regarding sales orders
  • Informing customers of the details of their set-up and keep them continually updated on the progress and possible setbacks whilst maintaining professionalism and high standards of client care
  • Arranging access appointments and requests for third party engineers
  • Implementing fibre and copper circuits through direct customer contact and communication with suppliers
  • Updating internal databases as required
  • Liaising with different areas in the business
  • General day-to-day provisioning duties
  • Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
Knowledge and experience required:
  • Significant customer service or administration experience
  • Candidates should be numerate, literate, have good IT skills along with an organised and methodical approach to work
  • Responsible and willing to take ownership of projects
  • Well organised and self motivated team player
  • Effective communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • A strong attention to detail and a task finisher
  • Experience working for an ISP or telecommunications provider would be preferable but not essential
  • Any previous project co-ordination experience will be highly desirable
