Daily Duties (Full Time, Long term role):
Deliver purposeful PSHE lessons tailored to SEMH learners
Support students' emotional, social, and behavioural development
Work collaboratively with pastoral, SEN, and safeguarding teams
Create and maintain a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
Adapt lessons to meet individual needs and EHCP requirements
Provide small-group or 1:1 intervention sessions where needed
Participate in staff training, meetings, and development programmes
Promote personal growth, wellbeing, and life skills across the curriculum
Uphold safeguarding procedures at all times
