Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive

PSS Lifecycle Specialist

to join our

EC Hybrid Infrastructure - Connectivity

team. In this critical role, you will manage the full lifecycle of customer support contracts, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and seamless transitions from project delivery into ongoing services. This position offers a hybrid working model based in

Glasgow

, with the opportunity to collaborate across sales, service delivery, and project management functions.


What you'll be doing


------------------------


Support Contract Lifecycle Management

: Oversee onboarding, updates, renewals, and terminations of customer support contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with vendor requirements.

Data Integrity & Analysis

: Maintain accurate records in internal systems (e.g. CMDB), monitor contract performance, and identify risks or negative trends in profitability.

Customer Onboarding

: Work closely with Sales and Project Delivery teams to support smooth handover into operational support services.

Reporting & Forecasting

: Provide regular reporting and analysis on contract milestones, renewal schedules, and potential risks for internal stakeholders.

Vendor Engagement

: Process vendor "go live" notifications, ensure alignment with rebate programs, and liaise with vendors to ensure service compliance.

Operational Support

: Respond to support queries raised by the Service Desk, Account Managers, Project Managers, or engineers in a timely and professional manner.

Billing & Documentation

: Manage invoicing processes for support contracts and prepare all required documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience




Proven experience in

support or service contract management

. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date data. Excellent

communication

and

stakeholder management

skills, both internal and external.

Desirable




Familiarity with

Cisco services

and partner management platforms. Experience with

contract lifecycle management

processes. Background in

technology services

or

managed services

environments.
