You'll be supported through the Trust's preceptorship programme (if applicable), and our internal PLT development pathway, which includes allocated training days and a clear route to Band 6 progression.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team bridging the gap between physical and mental health, assessing patients who present to hospital with complex needs and helping to shape their onward care plans.
