This role is perfect for graduates eager to build experience in special educational needs (SEN), autism support, and child psychology, while working alongside teachers and fellow psychology graduates.
What you'll do:
Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism and behavioural challenges
Provide 1:1 and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant
Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive
Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to adapt learning strategies for pupils
Gain valuable school-based experience to strengthen your future career in psychology or education
What we're looking for:
Degree in Psychology (or a related subject) - ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists
Previous experience working or volunteering with children is desirable
Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for special needs education and helping disadvantaged pupils
