ReconnectNow Ltd is expanding its therapy services across Greater Manchester. We're looking for a flexible, committed psychotherapist to join us as an associate. Someone ready to support incoming caseloads from a range of sectors including:

Local Authorities (e.g., Adoption Now) Schools (working some hours in a Bolton-based school from September 2025) NHS (e.g., Therapeutic Life Story Work, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) CICs Private Clients (e.g., private therapy sessions)
This is not a fixed contract. It's a collaborative working arrangement with space to grow, contribute, and shape the future of our therapeutic offer.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in multiple settings (schools, private clients, statutory services) Willingness to travel across Greater Manchester (driving licence required) Ability to deliver therapy both face-to-face and virtually Comfortable with a gradual caseload build-up as we scale Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on the spot Entrepreneurial mindset (creative, proactive, and team-oriented)

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 19.35-21.79 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 37 per week
