We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur in managing property improvements, daily operations, scheduling, and communications.
The work is flexible and some can be done from home. The role is perfect for a current student or graduate, and can be organised in and around their main work or other studies.

Responsibilities
Liaise with contractors to handle improvements to the entrepreneur's London properties.
Sometimes be on-site at said London property to provide management and on-site assistance.
Manage and coordinate the entrepreneur's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and social media platforms with professionalism and discretion
Assist with research tasks
Perform general administrative duties such as filing documents, organizing files, and managing supplies
Qualifications
Good telephone manner.
Full driving license and own vehicle (or ability to commute to semi-rural location)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills--both written and verbal--are essential for liaising with contractors at all levels
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about property management and digital marketing
