RECEPTIONIST (part-time)

Applicants must be aged 16+
Position Available: Reception Assistant (Part Time role) - based on 6 - 14 hours / week, working weekends.
Salary Band: Min wage+ hr.
Xtreme Karting is looking for applications from candidates interested in working within their 5 star indoor karting centre in Newbridge, Edinburgh as a Reception Assistant.

Tasks & Responsibilities include:

Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting / welcoming customers into the centre.
Signing customers in, telephone booking's / email enquiries.
Selling karting / combat sessions, confectionary, catering preparation.
General cleaning of the centre / kitchen / toilets.
Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers.

Key Skills required:
Working in a fast paced customer facing environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Basic computer skills to assign customers / reading indemnity forms to ensure safety standards are met send emails etc.
Ability to accurately record information and pass on to relevant department.

The successful candidate is required to deliver excellent customer service, have a hands on approach, the ability to learn new skills, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. Full training will be given.

This role is based on working approx. 6-14 hours per week, Mon - Fri evenings 6pm - 10pm and weekends (varying times from 9am - 10pm). Typically working just 1 day per weekday and 1 day per weekend however this may vary week on week. Full weekend flexibility is required.
