PTS Track Operative

About us: Established in 1992, Cleshar Contract Services Limited is a well-established company and respected provider of Track, Civil Engineering, Construction, and maintenance services to the railway industry.

Due to recent contract awards, increase in requirements and continued success our business demand has grown and we are currently recruiting, various grades of PTS Operatives, inclusive:


Engineering Supervisor (ES)




Crane Controller (CC)




Controller of Site Safety (COSS)




NSCD




DC Strapping




Level Crossing Attendant (LXA)


ETM, and ETE Operative




PTS Skilled Operative

Location

: Working in and around, London, Kent, Sussex, Wessex, and Anglia Region

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-time

Shift Schedule

: 8 - 12 Hour shifts, Monday - Sunday, Days, Nights and Weekend shifts.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

To liaise and maintain good relationship with the client's representative, enforcement authorities and the general public. To wear all relevant PPE where mandated by the relevant safe system. To ensure that all work sites and area's used by CCS are left in a clean and tidy manner. To ensure that any plant and equipment is only operated by staff with a relevant certificate of competence. To undertake all duties in a safe manner as required by site manager / team leader. To work within sentinel scheme rules.

Essential Qualifications:

Personal Track Safety (PTS) Track Induction (TIC)

Desired Qualifications:

Driving License Manual Handling Emergency First Aid Small Plant Certification
