Having worked in traditional British or Irish pubs, you will already be at general manager level, or an experienced AM/AGM looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the operations team and the owners, you will oversee the day to day operations of the pub, support in the control of finance and stocks, and be able to lead and motivate a team to that strives to ensure that guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

The Bricklayer's Arms

has won awards for its cask ale, and has been featured in a number of articles citing the best pubs in London. With dozens of pubs closing every day, our mission is to keep the British pub alive, and ensure everyone has a local they can love for generations to come.
Previous management experience in a pub is required, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for all things beer. Full training will be provided, but the ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of cask ale, line cleaning procedures, and staff management.
Please be aware, candidates with backgrounds in retail, fast food service, or other management will not be considered; due to the nature of the role we are only looking for hospitality professionals with experience in traditional pubs or wet-led venues.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Minimum of 4 years of hospitality experience.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
