Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

Must have Pub Management experience.



- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Train and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and servers.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.

Skills:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of bar staff.

- Kitchen: Knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures.

- Food Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Hospitality: Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

- Bartending: Proficiency in mixing drinks and knowledge of various alcoholic beverages.

- Supervising: Experience in supervising staff and managing schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,000.00-34,000.00 per year
