We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality or food service establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining high levels of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
Manage food production activities, including menu planning and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the establishment.
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Organise staff schedules to optimise coverage during peak hours while maintaining labour costs.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food delivery and presentation.
Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary arts is highly desirable.
Experience in food safety protocols, food production processes, and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with hospitality service standards including serving and barista experience is advantageous.
